Thank you for showing up to the work. Honoring you and your process: I understand that things do come up, my request is that you would let me know within 24 hours so we can reschedule and talk through a plan.

No show appointments will be treated as a fulfilled service so no refunds will be granted. If the session is a cash pay then a $50 charge will be added.
